Taliban murder 18 troopers in assault on Afghan armed force base: authorities
Taliban activists raged an Afghan armed force base in the western territory of Farah overnight, killing no less than 18 troopers, authorities said today, the most recent in a progression of assaults in the war-torn nation.

The previous evening a major gathering of activists assaulted an armed force base in Bala Buluk locale of Farah.
Sadly, we lost 18 troopers, two officers were injured.
We have sent more fortifications to the region," guard service representative Daulat Wazir said.
The Taliban asserted duty regarding the assault.
