Projected officials say that, generally the Housing Authority executes all their projects in its own fund. Later, the project money was paid by the sale of plots or flats. But before making the prospectus (project identity) or announcing the sale of plots or flats, there are rules for the approval of the proposed ministry. However, this rule was not followed in the Dhanmondi-Mohammadpur flat project. In this case, before approval of the DPP and flat design approval, more than 35 crores of money has been borrowed from around 850 customers as Prospectus sells and securities. At the end of the stipulated time, 850 applications were deposited with the deposit. In all, the savings amounting to more than Tk 35 crore were deposited to the company.

On the condition of not disclosing the name, another official of the Housing Authority said that if all the complexities are met by the Ministry, when the project approves the land price and construction expenses, it will be difficult to cope with the other issue.
