1 kg of meat

Two large pieces of chopped onion

A teaspoon of apricot

A teaspoon of ginger

A few colored saffron

Garlic cloves

Half Cup Tea Oil

250g of dry plum

Tablespoons of powdered sugar

Teaspoon of cinnamon

A little butter

How to prepare the tajine with plums:

Put the tajini over low heat. Add onions and meat in oil with salt. When the meat is browned, add seasoned garlic and spices. We will add enough water and let the meat ripen.

Peel the apricots in hot water and then drain. Put it in a low heat, then add the sugar, cinnamon and butter, and stir from time to time until you get well. After you cook the crowns, decorate the plum and almonds.
