Mami of Tacloban City, Philippines

Good day to all of us here in Steemit Community.

Let me share to you all one of my favorite food here in Tacloban City, Philippines. The " Mami " especially in cold season. It is considered as one street food because there vendor of " mami " in Tacloban Market, in downtown area and in Mac Arthur Park in Candahug Palo Leyte.

Ingredients:

• beef meat
• Fresh noodles
•  chopped Napa cabbage
• garlic powder
•  chopped spring onion
• toasted garlic
• beef broth
• onion powder
• ground black pepper
• salt

Some vendors give "mami" a twist you can add boiled egg on it and partner it with fried rice.
