Inday-inday Native Delicacies of Waraynon
Hi everybody. Good day to all of as. Let me share again once more the native delicacies of waraynon.
We call it "Inday-inday" here in Tacloban City Philippines it a cassava balls and added a food color.
Ingredients of Inday-inday:
- Grated cassava
- Grated coconut meat
- White sugar
- Food coloring
That simple, you only need 4 ingredients and you can make Inday-inday good for snack.
Procedure:
- Peel the cassava and grate it.
- Use a cotton cloth to separate the water from cassava
- Add the food coloring
- Round the cassava to have a cassava balls
- Steam
- While steaming the cassava balls mix the grated coconut meat and white sugar
- Cover the cassava balls with the grated coconut meat and sugar
You can already enjoy you Inday-inday. Its better to serve while its hot.
