Barbarella.

Edgar Wright directing is hugely exciting. Barbarella is also in the category of movies I think are kind of begging to be re-made. Weird concept, iconic in certain ways, but ultimately poorly executed. Edgar could take that and do something weird and iconic, funny, sexy, etc., and do it really well.
