I don't know if that is applicable to this idea cause it involves human safety and security. I just hope that I will not be able to witness worse than this when in terms on road accidents.

Hi themanualbot, this is another great effort. I'm very glad the motorbike rider was apparently not hurt too badly.
When deciding how to construct your SWEN, think about what value it may have. In this case, there does not seem to be much disruption to traffic, or if there was, it's been able to clear. As it appears to be an accident without culpability, the need for witness statements and a full documenting of the situation would be overkill. So what you have done here is actually about right for the situation. You've taken a photo of the scene as you found it and gathered some context. The SWEN message notifies the local community (when everyone is on the steem chain) that the incident occurred and can be referred back to if necessary.
I am preserving the final 50 steem hopefully for a new steemian who produces a SWEN message. I hope that's ok. I hope you'll keep reporting!
