! The combination of chocolate and coconut is very nice and who doesn't know you want to have snacks in the afternoon or afternoon (or hahaha at night) but you don't necessarily want to eat all the chocolate. . .
Try the recipe here and trust me - you will love it and you can surely convince your family too (if you don't eat alone like I did, hahaha) ☺️.

For the dough you need
• 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
• 40 g oatmeal or instant flakes.
• 30 g coconut flour
• 10 g chocolate protein powder
• 7 g cocoa powder
• 10 g coconut flakes
• a little sweetener (I used the thick chocolate flavor)

Preparation:
-> First preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.
-> Then mix all ingredients (except the coconut flakes) in a bowl with a hand mixer.
-> Roll the finished dough into balls, then roll it into the grated coconut and place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper (in fact it is easier with wet hands; the dough does not stick to your hands 🖐🏼).
-> bake for 8 minutes.
-> Garnish with fruit, nutmeg, yogurt (or whatever you want) after finishing.
