Gulab Jamun
Solid thickened milk 700 gm
Milk powder 4 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 200 gm
Cardamom powder 2 -3 pinch
Rose water 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Mix all ingredients and make small balls.
Deep fry them in soya bean oil or any white oil mixing 4 tbsp clarified butter in it.
After frying the balls directly dip them in sugar syrup.
Take 700 gm sugar and 2.ltr water together and mix 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
Now bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer and cook for 8 mnts. Your sugar syrup is ready. Prepare this syrup before frying the balls so that after frying you can directly dip the balls in syrup.
Wait for 1-2 hour. Your gulab jamun is ready.
