Gingerbread Cookies
INGREDIENTS
150 g vegetable oil
150 g sugar
1 egg L
60 gr honey
300 g flour
1 tablespoon ginger powder
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons coarse sugar
PREPARATION
In a bowl put the sugar, honey and egg. We mix. Add the oil, mix. Gradually add the flour, ginger, salt and baking soda. We fit right in.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
We lined a baking tray with baking parchment.
We make small balls not very big and we pass the top part through the thick sugar, we place in the tray, separated from each other.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let it cool on a rack.
Store in an airtight jar.
