Sophie (19) said no to a guy feeling her up at the nightclubs - got a fist and bottle in her face
19-year-old Sophie was at the infamous immigration club, Babel, in Malmo, when a man began to cling to her. She knocked at him to make him stop. It ended with a fist stroke and a crushed bottle against her face.

She doesn't appear to have any actual cuts on her face. Also, for taking an ass whooping that would result in that much blood, her fake eyelashes still look perfect, and her face looks very calm for someone who should be in a lot of pain.
I don't know how whose blood that is, but it isn't hers. There is a TON of horrible shit going on in the world and making things up doesn't solve problems, it creates more of them.
I do believe it is her blood. If you have been cut on the face, you know that you get lots of blood for often small bruises. Why should her fake eyelashes be destroyed by the bottle?

but the strangest thing of all is that the patterns the blood trails
make it looks like she was injured on the chest and hanging up side down.
she has more blood on next to her mouth and less on her frontal head
indicating the blood traveled up not down.

There is more blood on that spot but i don't see cuts also zoomed in.
At the green marker you can clearly see a pattern going up instead of down.
You can see that via the blue marker. If gravity was at play a fluid shouldn't make
a turn that tight (specially not slightly upwards again if gravity was at play).
Anyhow if this picture / story isn't fake and the blood did traveled down
she should have visible cuts on her frontal head as this (as far for the patterns)
should have been the start. Yet no cuts not damage visible what so ever.
Places like the head, fingers, noise and soft part like that always blood more
then other parts so the amount can be completely normal. Its just when i really
look at this picture it gives e even more questions as the way the blood
represent itself is so weird.

And yeah there are a lot of ASSH**** walking the face of the earth capable of doing these terrible things. I hope everyone that decides to to injure another human and animal should be sentenced to jail even if they were drunk. Because also if you drink it is and was your responsibility. Violence should NEVER be an answer to ANYTHING !

Whatever happened, hitting someone with a bottle in the face, is just wrong in so many levels.

What's an "immigration club"? Your tags are linking this with multiculturalism, but a quick Google says that the assailant is, as yet, unknown.
It is a club where there is mostly immigrant men and not many Swedish men (I do not think they'll feel welcomed), but of course are cute 19 years old blonde girls welcomed:)
You're still making a leap, though. They don't know who did it, so therefore, neither do you. Look, I am not some (insert pejorative label for liberals), and so I do not think we should be blind to poor behaviour from anyone, but your post implies that this was done by an immigrant to Sweden.
