The difference is that Neo Nazis aren't being brought into the West by hundreds of thousands and millions, glorified, appeased whenever violent, and given welfare for life. Actually, if you are a Neo Nazi today and make one bit of a noise about it, your professional life is pretty much over. Quite a bit of a difference there.
