#2Police officers acting based on wrong information, heightened fear and anxiety because of a perceived threat.
#A unknowing and innocent civilian living their life normal not knowing that a potentially dangerous encounter is about to come down on them at an instant.
Swatting as it is called is a serious crime. And US law allows for the one who lied to the police and in doing so created the deadly encounter to be prosecuted for murder as he caused the death of an innocent person.
