Ginger Tofu Sushi and Veggie Sushi 🍱🌱
Super simple to make with sushi rolling mats and a rice cooker

Ingredients:
Rice:
Sushi rice
Unsweetened Sushi Vinegar
Tofu:
Roasted sesame oil
Sriacha
Ginger
Tamari
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Fillings:
Grated carrots
Grated Beets
Thinly sliced cucumber
Asparagus
Seaweed sheets
AVOCADO
🍙🍙🍙 First mix all the tofu ingredients together and bake them with the tofu at 210c until it's nice and crispy. Then you have mix the rice vinegar with the Cooked rice and spread it in a thin layer on the Seaweed Sheet that is over the sushi rolling sheet. Put whatever kinds of fillings you want into each sushi with the tofu (honestly mix and match that). Then roll them out, cut them, and serve!
