Abdominoplasty is a plastic surgery to reduce the size of the abdomen, during which the muscles of the abdominal wall are pulled up and excess fat and skin are removed.

Skin-fat "apron" in the lower abdomen, to get rid of which helps abdominoplasty, is most often the result of pregnancy and childbirth, but can also appear as a result of excessive food and sedentary lifestyle, and also after a sharp slimming.
