The IMPORTANCE of hydration & electrolytes

I cannot stress enough how important electrolyte minerals are.

We have been told to ignore salt because it is bad and can pull in water subcontaneously which means under the skin making you look fat, but thats exactly the very opposite if your body cannot store water efficiently in the muscle cells.
The minerals which pull water into your muscle cells are incredibly important. Having a hydrated cell means having a nourished cell and that means more micro and macronutrients to increase health, energy, regeneration, muscle building, strength and fat burning.

Drinking enough is very important, but finding great sources of electrolytes play just as an important role.

My recommendations:
Sodium (Chloride)
Potassium (Citrate or Chloride)
Magnesium (Citrate)
Chloride

There are a lot of great companies out there who offer a sufficient blend, but make sure you compare and see you are getting a decent dosage. Chemist are often known for underdosing products for max earnings.

I am a big fan of a brand new company arriving very soon. There BCAA and Creatine products are filled with electrolytes.

You can find some decent products at your local food outlet aswell.
1- Pink Himilayan salt is the holy grail. A little expensive, but excellent. Who may sprinkle normal spices and salt on your food aswell :)
2- Banking Powder. Yup, you heard right. Fantastics preworkout with water by the way.
