A Porridge a day keeps the early death at bay

That's my way:
put Oats + Chia Seeds + some Water in a Bowl and then for 4 minutes/900 Watt in a microwave . Then Fruits (in my Case Apple and Banana) and of course Honey, FairTrade!
That's it!
I also use sometimes Berrys instead of Apples/Banana or Maple syrup instead of Honey for another sweetness.
You have to experiment how much you need of the ingredients. But I'd rather not to take too much of the chia seeds.
