Indonesia seems fraudulent super rare super superbike, BMW HP4 Race to the country.
Not yet clear there are willing to buy, but the motor is reportedly sold very expensive for the size of 1,000 cc superbike already exists in Jakarta.
The unit, is special because made handmade in Berlin, Germany only 750 units around the world, and go to Indonesia this one unit only.
"Motor is very special, its specifications, its material also its handmade make this bike really special," said Joe Frans, CEO of BMW Motorrad Indonesia.
As the name implies 'Race' makes this bike does not use the device traffic, so it is track use only, especially speeding on the circuit only.
The specification itself must be recognized there are some components on the motor racing World Superbike (WSBK) though. Wow!
BMW Motorrad claims, this bike became the first in the world to use the framework and the rim full carbon.
Of course, making the framework of this bike is very light, weighs just 7 kg less and is believed to be more rigid than aluminum but harder than iron.
Oiya, this frame can also be setup, area as swing arm and komstirnya, just motor racing to match the character of the rider and the circuit.
Cover body is also full carbon, black base base is only given a touch of blue and white typical of BMW Motorrad.
The result, dry weight of this bike so just 146 kg only.
It's much lighter than most 1,000 superbike, even lighter than the Kawasaki Ninja 250 which weighs around 170 kg.
For the engine, is the development of the world racing version in WSBK, 999 cc 4 cylinder inline diusungnya capable of spewing 215 hp and 120 Nm of torque

GridOto.com - Maxindo Motor - BMW Motorrad Indonesia rupanya iseng memasukan superbike super langkanya, BMW HP4 Race ke Tanah Air.

Belum jelas ada yang mau beli, namun motor yang kabarnya dijual sangat mahal untuk ukuran superbike 1.000 cc ini sudah ada di Jakarta.

Unitnya, memang istimewa karena dibuat handmade di Berlin, Jerman hanya 750 unit di seluruh dunia, dan masuk ke Indonesia satu unit ini saja.

"Motor ini istimewa banget, spesifikasinya, materialnya juga handmade-nya membuat motor ini benar-benar special," ujar Joe Frans, CEO BMW Motorrad Indonesia.

Sesuai namanya 'Race' membuat motor ini tidak menggunakan perangkat lalu lintas, jadi memang track use only, khusus ngebut di sirkuit saja.

Spesifikasinya sendiri harus diakui ada beberapa komponen yang di atas motor balap World Superbike (WSBK) sekalipun. Wow!

Klaim BMW Motorrad, motor ini jadi yang pertama di dunia pakai rangka dan pelek full carbon.

Tentunya membuat rangka motor ini sangat ringan, beratnya cuma 7 kg lebih sedikit dan diyakini lebih rigid dari aluminium tapi lebih keras dari besi.

Oiya, rangka ini juga bisa diseting, area as swing arm dan komstirnya, persis motor balap untuk menyesuaikan dengan karakter pengendara dan sirkuitnya.

Cover bodinya juga full carbon, basisnya warna hitam hanya diberi sentuhan warna biru putih khas BMW Motorrad.

Hasilnya, bobot kering motor ini jadi cuma 146 kg saja.

Itu jauh lebih ringan dari superbike 1.000 kebanyakan, bahkan lebih ringan dari Kawasaki Ninja 250 yang beratnya sekitar 170 kg.

Untuk mesin, merupakan pengembangan dari versi balap dunia di WSBK, 999 cc 4 silinder segaris yang diusungnya mampu memuntahkan 215 hp dan torsi 120 Nm.

BMW Motorrad mengklaim motor ini bisa ngebut hingga lebih dari 299 km/jam.

Agar aman dan mudah dikendarai, ada pilihan riding mode yaitu WET (basah) - INT (intermediate antara basah dan kering) - DRY1 (kering) - DRY2.

Selain itu ada juga wheelie control, quick shifter hingga dynamic traction control (DTC).
Suspensinya pun mewah, spek WSBK juga nih! Depan pakai Öhlins FGR 300 WSBK fork, sedang yang belakang Öhlins TTX 36 GP.

Sokbreker belakang ini menempel pada swing arm berlabel Suter yang merupakan salah satu suplayer rangka di balap Moto2 dan WSBK.

Remnya juga sadis, pakai kaliper Brembo GP 4 PR yang dikenal juga terpasang di motor balap MotoGP.
