The Aston Martin Vulcan is a two-door, two-seater, V12 high-performance lightweight track-only limited edition car launched in 2015 by Aston Martin at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

The Vulcan is designed by Aston Martin's creative officer Marek Reichman, taking inspirations from Aston Martin current models Vantage, DB9 and One-77.[1] The Vulcan is to be a limited edition vehicle, only 24 cars will be made priced at US$2.3 million.

In April 2016, we heard that legendary engineering firm RML Group would be offering a kit to make the ultra-limited Aston Martin Vulcan track car road legal. Now, we finally get to learn just how RML Group was able to get a Vulcan registered for the streets in Europe.

Lovecars had a chat with the head engineer of RML Group to find out what was changed to make the Vulcan street legal. Aside from the obvious addition of headlights and Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires, there are a ton of other modifications made for both compliance and convenience.

Things like taillight covers, a smaller splitter, DB11 side mirrors, a retuned suspension, revised gear ratios, electric door locks, steering wheel padding, more comfortable seats, and an ECU recalibration are just a few of the changes that make sure this Vulcan can handle everyday roads without issue.
