그날의 기분(바이오 리듬)에 맞춰 업무를 처리한다. 어떤 날은 자신도 모르게 피곤도, 상쾌한 기분도 들 때가 있을 수 있다. 그날의 컨디션에 따라 좋은 날은 중요한 업무를 처리하는 것이 좋지만 컨디션이 저조한 날은 될 수 있는대로 적게 말하고 중요한 업무는 다음날 처리하는 것도 하나의 방법이 된다.
아침에 빨리 일어나는 것이 좋다. 자는 시간에 관계없이 일어나는 시간은 일정하게 일어난다. 일어나는 즉시 찬물로 세수한다.
아침은 꼭 챙겨먹는 습관을 가져야 한다. 다음날의 계획은 하루 전날 밤에 세운다. 다음날 입을 옷은 미리 챙겨둔다.
가급적 12시 이전에는 잠을 자는 생활을 하라. 잠자리에서는 모든 것을 잊고 숙면하라.
한 시간을 일해도 집중해서 하라. 10분간씩 낮잠을 자라. 그것이 힘들다면 저녁에 퇴근해서 한 시간쯤 자는 것도 좋다.
마감 날짜가 없는 날은 없다. 계획과 목표를 세웠을 경우, 항상 하루 할 일을 체크하여 꼭 약속을 지켜야 한다. 필요한 일과 필요치 않는 일, 먼저 할 일과 나중에 할 일을 구별하라. 사소한 일부터 중대한 일까지 선택의 중요성을 인식하고 올바른 선택을 하라.
모든 일에는 할 때가 있다. 아무리 좋은 아이템이라도 시기를 놓치면 안 된다. 또한 타이밍이 맞지 않으면 좋은 일도 실패로 끝나는 수가 있다.
