Summer by the Sea.
This is my Entry to the 6th day of 'My entry for the ๐ WE LOVE SUMMER 2019 - PHOTO CONTEST.'
A keen surfer leans against a rock to take in the beauty of his surroundings after enjoying surfing the waves at Point Cartwright in Queensland, Australia. Point Cartwright is situated at the base of the headlands at the northern end of Kawana Beach. It is a popular recreational area all year around but during the summer months visitors enjoy the area to fish, swim, surf or simply relax.

I really miss that place. Been at point Cartwright many times. Northern part of kawana is one of my favourite beaches.

Howdy Trudee! This is a great shot, both of the ocean and view and of the surfer. Does his bike have a surf board rack on the side of it?
You possess very keen powers of observation John. I hadn't taken a good look at his bike earlier but after reading your question I saw what you did and I can only assume that it does have a fitting made for a surfboard. Cool!
Thanks Trudee, I think that would take some practice riding a bike with a big surfboard on it! That would really throw off your balance. But surfers have excellent balance so it probably wasn't hard for him.
