Best and worst things about summer! Do you agree?

Summer is my favorite season. I also enjoy spring and autumn, but I'm not a big fan of the winter. In the winter it gets about -10 to -20 degrees Celsius here and I hate it. But now it's the middle of the summer so let's not think about the cold times just yet...

Another thing I love, except for summer, is making lists. So why not make a list about summer? I always think about summer being this perfect season, but for sure it must have some disadvantages too?

The best things about summer:

1. The days are longer and the sun is shining. You can stay out longer since it doesn't get dark until midnight and it's more fun to do things with your friends outside.

2. You can eat fresh fruits and vegetables (from Finland, not from Spain or something) and at least I eat healthier over all during summer.

3. The water/sea is warm enough to swim in and it's easier to go for a run or do some exercise outside when you doesn't freeze your fingers off as soon as you step outside the door.

4. Summer is a good excuse to eat some ice cream and drink some beer. What more do you need?

5. You can get a nice tan and look great! But remember the sun screen!

The worst things about summer:

1. MOSQUITOES!!! And other bugs...

2. You forget all about real life when you are on your summer vacation and get a big shock when you have to start working again.

3. The stress you get when you realize it's already afternoon and sunny outside and you just wanna lay in bed and watch series. Because when the sun is shining you feel like you HAVE to be outside...! Otherwise you are wasting a great day. Or?

4. When it is actually TOO hot. Doesn't happen very often here in Finland though... But when you drive somewhere on a sunny day it's like a sauna in the car!

5. When you dream about the perfect day on the beach, but when you finally arrive at the beach it's a complete nightmare! There is sand EVERYWHERE, the wind is too cold and there is just one too many crying children with their annoyed parents.

So there you have my list for today! Anything important you think I forgot?

Tomorrow my boyfriend will arrive here in Taalintehdas! It will be so much fun with Baltic Jazz and everything. We have planned to do some fun things, maybe I'll tell you about them in a few days and show you some pictures.
