SUMMARY - SLC S22 Week 4 - Herbal Medicine for Hormonal Balance and Stress Management for Women

As we know that the 4th week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 22 has ended. In this week we explored the herbal remedies for the women hormonal health. We discussed the herbs to balance the hormones naturally for women. We discussed the herbs for stress and hormonal balance. We discussed integrating herbs in daily life for the better hormonal health. We made a step by step remedy to balance hormones naturally.

It was a great learning week and students were able to learn about the basic herbal remedies for the hormonal health of women. It was really a matter of happiness seeing the steemians very much interested in learning the herbal remedies for the hormonal balance of women. Students provided high quality homeworks while staying stick to the rules and regulations. They provided their own pictures with their name to avoid cheating. The students shared herbs according to their area while bringing a wide variety of herbs in steemit.

I have tried my best to teach about the basic herbal remedies which can be very helpful and necessary for everyone to know for the herbal cure at home for the women hormonal health. All the herbal medicines discussed in the whole course are mostly available in each area. I tried my best to convey my knowledge to the steemians and world wide audience about the herbs which they can use for the cure of the diseases. I covered herbs which are available in the kitchen and local market.
