Suicide is never the answer.. Find yourself in meditation

Somber evening, I earlier viewed a friend and fellow employee try to commit suicide or in the process of. There has been way too much of this happening. Suicide is never the way out. Please send love to all your friends. Give them a hug, everybody needs that. Earlier, I read an article about hunkering down. I found it very logical. People need wait things out. Our state of mind is always changing. You get upset and your temper flares, you may do things that you would not normally do. You need to watch the mind. Looking to move to meditation, sit for an hour. Only following your breath. Clear your mind of all thoughts. Look inward and follow the breath, sit for one hour. If a thought comes in. Just say thinking, thinking. Then go back to following the breath. Watch and observe, any sensations anything that arises. If you smell something. Note: Smelling Smelling. If you have pain, redirect the breath to the pain. Continue. If you want to be free, practice meditation. People need more love. This world is filled with hate. All I see is hate in the news. In my life, I have had very little problems with people from around the world. I embrace diversity. Love people! Learn new cultures. Travel the world, be a healer, understand nature. Find your medicines in nature. Respect everyone you meet in life. You can learn something from everybody. If you are able to live a sentient satvic diet. More power to you. If you want to live free of disease I would highly recommend it. Practice Yoga! As you get older they body will fail. Do yoga to balance your body and mind. Balance your mind, your body, and energy. The Master that lives high on the mountain in Chiang Mai Thailand. It is on the Mountain of Lanna. Master Roy has a retreat center. If you need to recharge the mind and body, He stays on top of the mountain in a Teak wood home. There is a meditation pond with stumps you can sit to meditate. There is the Kuti, That is on the edge of the mountain with a small deck that goes out over the mountain. Where in the morning you can sit above the clouds having your coffee that is being grown on the mountain. Sit and move into deep meditation. Eat foods grown on the tropical mountain. There is a spa where you can go in for a steam. Have lunch on the mountain. It is always cool on the mountain. Everywhere in Thailand it will be very hot and humid. The mountain will be cool, like if you were in Oxnard California. Very comfortable and supportive of the practice. If you are interested into going. Reach out.
