Hope everyone is fine . Today I share with you fresh Sugarcane juice witch one is my favorite fresh juice . I think this juice all in the world like . Sugarcane have many benefits . So I share with you .
- Energy elixir: Sugarcane is packed with natural glucose and electrolytes making it the best drink for dehydrated body. Cane juice is a great way to address heat stroke caused in summers.
- Low glycemic index: Sugarcane juice has a relatively low glycemic index and does not cause significant fluctuation in blood sugar level.
- Glowing skin: It detoxifies the body. It contains compounds that make the skin smooth, supple and healthy.
- Wrinkle wrestler: It is known to prevent early aging and wrinkles.
- Burn beater: Sugarcane juice (diluted) or when had with coconut water relieves the burning sensation caused due to urinary tract infection and kidney stones.

Sugarcane juice is very common in Brazil. Fast food stores and local fresh markets sell tem cold! I love it!
But in malaysia very rare . Very difficult to find .
