4 Affirmations To Get You In The Proper Leadership Mindset Each Day
There is no such thing as benefiting from a negative mindset. No one has ever taken any steps forward in life by holding himself or herself back mentally. That is why it is so important for good leaders to have a strong winning mindset. If you have a strong leadership mindset a leadership presence will follow and then people will begin to buy into your beliefs, your system, and everything else you represent.
But how do you get into a strong leadership mindset? We all have days were we don’t want to wake, we don’t want to get out of bed, or maybe we just feel like the whole world is against us. Unfortunately not everyone can succumb to these negative thoughts that inhibit us all. Some people have to brush them aside, get up and conquer the world every day. Or at least put one the appearance that they are so that others may follow. So how do you achieve this?
LEADERSHIP MINDSET
Lets face it achieving a leadership mindset isn’t easy, right? Otherwise everyone would do it. But one secret tool used by most great leaders when trying to get their head in the game is to repeat positive mental affirmations of leadership to themselves. Here are a few positive affirmations to help you get through those other wise oh so troubling times and get into a real leadership mindset.
“The strength of the group is the strength of the leaders” you might have a great support group underneath you but they are only as good as you. So it is up to you to bring your all each and every day to make everyone better. If you fail everyone fails. People rely on you. Hold this message from Vince Lombardi true, because it is, and no one knows better than the man that the Super Bowl trophy is named after.

“Everybody pulls for David, nobody pulls for goliath.” Wilt Chamberlin said this, and he understood what you are going through. He had to face Bill Russell and the Celtics his whole career. You might feel like David some days, like the odds are insurmountably against you, but people are pulling for you. You have the support of your team and the hundreds to go before you. They understand your plight. So get out there and do your best as a leader for everyone that has come before you.

“You owe it to yourself to be the best you can possibly be in baseball and in life” Pete Rose said this, and although he might not have exemplified this statement to a T he was right. It’s really just another way of saying anything worth doing is worth doing right.

*“It isn’t what you do but how you do it” *This is true and you know it. Anyone can assume the role of a leader but only few can lead. This is because not many people can actually put as much determination or as much of their own integrity behind everything they do like John Wooden did.
Just repeat these things to yourself everyday. You already have the tools needed to achieve the tasks set out before you. You just need that extra little push that these affirmations can provide.
Greetings, sweet Tanata.
Really, having an optimistic view of life and knowing how to face the challenges that arise are characteristics of successful leaders. I imagine people are very fond of being led by people with high socialization skills who are outgoing. But quieter (introverted) people prefer quieter leaders, who empower them to develop their thoughts without acting coercively (in this case, having to act as everyone else does).
So I imagine that a person, to be really a leader, not just a boss, really needs to develop the empathy to know how to deal with his or her people.
Thank you very much for the text.
Good morning and little snacks.
Wow, I read your messages with great pleasure! Your arguments and thoughts are reasonable and wise. It is wonderful. Thank you very much for your visits to my blog!
Positive thinking brings remarkable gifts. Health, career, finance, relationships, and relationships will increase. Research in positive psychology has proven that optimistic people tend to live longer and are resistant to pressure to succeed later. Some research has been done. Seligman and his colleagues describe the power of the personal paradigm of luck and the personal immune system. For example, in the study of isolated journal nuns, shows that those who are more positive and less likely to complain have better health and a longer life. Nice @tanata
Yes, I studied this research. The results are really impressive! I am very happy to receive comments from people who are interested in this important issue. Thank you!
Use of positive affirmations and visualization on a regular, conscious foundation will aid your fulfillment. persistence achieves results a whole lot earlier than working towards periodically; working towards your affirmations day by day has a compounding effect. Affirmations on my own, however, do no longer assure fulfillment you further more might want to do so.
We are not perfect and we get new knowledge every day. So, I believe that you will find the right way very soon)
Another motivational writing ..Just great ..@tanata
Your motivation skill is really awesome....
I think ,There are two types of people who will tell us that you cannot make a difference in this world.those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.
The main thing is to change yourself. Then the world will change too) Thank you very much!
You are absolutely right @tanata...
Without changing myself, I can't change the world..
Thanks..
Amazing post @tanata
Your mindset isn’t just a bunch of touchy-feely psychology and relationship stuff either. It also has a big effect on your company’s bottom line, setting the stage of its performance, productivity, and, ultimately, its profitability.
Your goal is to identify and create productive mindsets that result in Prime Leadership.

Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers.
