Bitcoin on the Cusp of Dropping to a Two-Year Low
Bitcoin is on the cusp of dropping to its two- time low, according to CoinDesk's Bitcoin Price Index( BPI).
The BPI has been tracking the price of bitcoin since 2011 and shows that at press time, it had dropped below$,000 for the first time in two times.
The last time bitcoin was this low was on November 1, 2015, when it fell below$,000. It reached an each- time high of$,783 on December 17th that time and has been trading at around$,000 since also.
Bitcoin reached a peak of nearly$,000 inmid-December 2017 but also began to lose ground as request volatility increased and controllers began to fix down on cryptocurrencies in South Korea and China.
