“The 3 things "for being Tension free
- APPRECIATE REALITY- Most of the Tension we receive because of our expectation differing form reality, but as a human we have to understand that it requires a suitable step to reach to our expectation , plan, vision's or goal .if we have failed it simply means that the step was not suitable or right , we need to try another step ,and with appreciating the reality we should move up with happiness and excitement to learn or to take next suitable step .their is no space for tension if you do just this one simple thing.
- GET THE CONTEXT RIGHT -If somebody's life is tension, it does not mean that he is doing something differently. He does the same things you do after he wakes up in the morning, or before he goes to bed at night. But somehow, if life seems full of tension, pressure & full of sorrow it is because of the context in which it is being seen. The quality of your life does not depend on how simple or complex it is; it depends on how you look at it.
- DON'T LOSE PERSPECTIVE:-Stress is the natural by-product of human beings losing perspective of what WE want out of this. Our Expectations has become far bigger than the our existence or requirement . Everything around us may be going exceptionally well, but just one wrong thought or emotion destroy everything and we get grepped by tension .so without loosing the perspective we should feel happy and proud .
