togetherness in one working group

Togetherness is a step towards success in society, whether for social or for other things. Togetherness will also show a sense of love each other in every activity both personal and public activities, it is very unusual if one family have a sense of togetherness let alone one group, all work will be accomplished successfully. But if the opposite, in a family well in one society of course without togetherness, all the plans will not work what is in want. So the key to success is the togetherness. Mutual understanding and help each other.
