Lie down on your bed or sofa or on the floor.

Let your mind wander. After a while, try to focus on your breath again. Do this over and over again. Now think of all the great achievements you have had in your life and savor them. Try to live them again.

Let your mind wander again. Think about everything you are fortunate to have. Family, friends, love and everything else.

Do this over and over again until you feel no other emotion but just respect, love, and passion. By doing this as much as possible you will have not else but gratitude and affection in every muscle in your body.

This is the way to overcome the greatest fear of them all fear of death. The fear that holds us back and is the single most important reason for failure and disappointment.

This practice will bring calmness and focus to your life which will make you a trustworthy and an able leader.

The truth is that some days will very difficult and you will not be able to focus. Your mind will be clogged my negatives which over-shadow all the positive things, but this not means that you will lose all hope and stop the practice altogether.

The reason I started 'meditating' is that I felt I was living my life on auto-pilot and had no control over it whatsoever.
But since I started meditating I make more mindful decisions and literally don't give a shit about anything.

According to the Zen philosophy, this experience is equivalent to dying. I will leave the interpretation up to you.
