3 Success Lessons I Learned Last Year (2018 now)

Hi guys,

I just want to share some success lessons I learned last year. I am still far from it but I am getting closer. Most of us have been struggling to be successful and it is really a steep climb but the lessons here should make it easier.

1. Patience

This is huge and one of the lessons I took a long time to learn. Most of us want instant success, to be successful in a matter of days, weeks, months. The truth is it takes awhile to be successful if you start from scratch (zero). One thing I noticed is that the people who seemingly succeeded instantly are those with already with experience or background with what they’re doing.

You may see a guy earning $5000 within a month, but what you don’t know is it took that guy 5 years to learn it. People just see the results, they don’t see the effort put into it. With patience, you can do anything. Impatience frustrates people. It makes them think they’re a failure, that their dreams is out of their reach.

2. Take Action

I know this sounds simple and stupid, but it is very important. Action is the densest energy. It is more dense than thoughts and words. I have a friend who wanted to make money via internet marketing for 5 years. The thing is, he wanted to make an ebook but its been 4 years and it’s still not yet finished.

I’m like, if you have a problem writing the book, why not try something else like learning marketing. Even if you don’t make money instantly, you learn something and move forward. Instead of being stuck. He thinks he’s gonna be rich once he finishes his ebook and uploads it on Clickbank for affiliates to sell. I think he’ll be surprised that its not that easy once he finishes his book. He’s been visualizing and doing affirmations whatever for 4 years, but no action.

Action is telling the universe, “I really want this, give it to me!”. Don’t get me wrong, visualizations and affirmations work. But without action, it’s not enough. I also experienced many times, when I take action, even if I don’t visualize, things happen. Things unfold when you take action. It will show you the next step, and the next step until you reach your goal.

3. Notice your reactions

Most people don’t succeed because of bad reactions. Some things can easily be brushed off, but a lot of people magnify an anthill into a mountain. I was guilty of this and it took me a long time to learn how to manage my reactions. In the past, when I get setbacks, I become upset.

I felt like the universe is sabotaging me, I felt like I’ll never succeed. When you fall, relax, don’t be upset. Remember that it is part of the learning process. Don’t fall, throw a tantrum and stay on the ground crying like a baby. It is very hard at first but start noticing how you react to setbacks and challenges. Observe and ask yourself, “Do I really benefit from being upset?”.

You will find that you will see success so much faster if you don’t react to your setbacks and just keep going. Most people encounter setbacks and waste all their time whining and get nowhere. As I said, this is very hard to do at first because we are so used to reacting. So just stop and observe your reactions. Notice it. And later on, you can choose the best response.
