I just discovered your blog, and this is the first post I read from you, but I am very surprised to see that you had a very similar experience to mine.

I have been working for lots of places, and the one where I am is particular to me, because as my handicap got worse and I became much less efficient at work, my employer came to me and proposed me to negociate so that I would work part-time without loosing my position in the company, and get time to take care of my health.

That person is very different to me compared to the others, but I think that the difference was that I really invested myself in my job, and that I comply with the difficult procedures that are in place instead of complaining about them daily.

So I can really relate to your post, when you give a positive attitude to your job, your job gives it back to you. Well, there are exceptions, but that's just human nature that we don't all behave exactly the same.
