Flipping homes for dummies

I'm a Jack of all trades an amazing salesman. Just recently my next venture happens to be real estate. Im intrigued by the tv show flip this house. How they buy a fore closed home for cheap renovate and remodel then turn it around and sell for a profit. Im interested in learning the steps it take to make this dream a reality.
