That's a really great article man; applicable to everything! I too am guilty of all of those "transgressions", and can testify to the efficiency of changing ones lifestyle so as not to be guilty of them anymore.
Equally important, if not more so, is the effect that such a lifestyle change has on your state of mind: i.e. your mental health and your outlook on life.
Ultimately if you keep committing the "transgressions", you'll be making it very difficulty for yourself (perhaps impossible) to ever be happy!
We all have to try and identify things we can improve, but we all have blind spots. So ask someone that knows you to list all the things you do well... and then what you don't do as well too.
I'm afraid of the results! It's a good idea though, I think I'll give it a shot!
