Discover your ideal niche
You have a particular set of genes that’s unique to you. What’s more, you also have a unique set of skills and knowledge about the world. The combination of all of these make you uniquely suited for a niche. You need to find this and make it your own.
You will be encounter a lot of seductive career paths to follow. Founding the next Apple. Becoming the next Beyonce. This is futile. None of these will happen twice. The most we can do is study the greats and let their lives inform our choices. But our trajectory in life must be aligned only to the particular situation, preferences and skills we have.
Don’t blindly follow the others into hyper-competitive environments. Find a niche that’s unique to you. There are infinite possibilities. Enough for everyone.
