지혜는 전달되는 것이 아닙니다. 현명한 사람이 전달하려고 하는 지혜는 항상 어리석게 들립니다. 지식은 전달 될 수 있지만, 지혜는 전달 할 수 없습니다. 지혜를 얻을 수 있고, 지혜롭게 살수 있고, 지혜로 더 튼튼히 할 수 있고, 지혜를 통해 더 놀라운 일을 할 수 있지만, 지혜는 전달하거나 가르칠 수 있는 것이 아닙니다.

어떤 사람이 어떤 진리를 찾고 있을 때, 그가 찾고 있거나, 그가 무엇인가를 찾을 수 없거나, 무엇인가를 받아들일 수 없이 단지 바라보기만 하는 일이 자주 쉽게 일어납니다. 왜냐하면 그는 그가 찾고 있는 진리를 생각만 하고 있고, 그만의 목표가 있고, 그 목표에 사로잡혀 있기 때문입니다.
