When the student life gets complicated!

Hello steemians,

In order for me to survive my student life I am going to entertain you daily so maybe you folks cam help me survive LOL!

I came from Europe to study Masters in the USA and didn't exchange some cash from Euro to Dollars. When I tried to do that at the Airport at DC! I wanted to convert 300 euro to dollars and the lady said you’ll get 248$.... I didn’t get it and kept asking her: you know that Euro has a greater value than the dollar right? Yeah but she mentioned some fees and I still don’t get now fees and taxation work on US but I probably get used to it.

Anyway I started borrowing money from a friend because the Univeristy I am studying, is in a village where there aren’t a lot of companies operating. In the hope that I could exchange my money in the Walmart and buy things because the UNI BUSS goes to the WALMART only every other week, and I really needed some important things to have. I couldn’t get anything they didn’t convert my money and also couldn’t pay with it. And my monthly stippend who is really low isn’t ready yet.

So yeah wish me luck in surviving and please help if you feel to.
