At Natech, it’s all about the people!

I have been working at Natech for more than a year now and I thought I would share some of my reflections on this.
At Natech, it’s all about the people and there is a real emphasis on collaboration. It is easy to see how much the company values its people and invests a lot in them. It's a privilege to be welcomed back to Greece by such a crew. People in Natech always work to support one another. Everyone is actively encouraged to bring new and different ideas to the table and to communicate with one another openly and transparently. We all seek to achieve a common goal – to assist our clients’ business and develop our company. COVID-19 is a perfect example. Despite the challenges of remote working, we continued collaborating across departments and regions to provide seamless efficiency.

One of the things I also like about working at Natech is that in addition to wonderful people and the company’s culture, it offers various paths for career development. My role can be very challenging as the tasks I handle are wide and varied. But at the end of the day, it is satisfying to help move towards a more efficient workflow and be part of the company’s growth as well as part of this fast-moving industry.

All in all, I have the chance every day to bring in my experience, to participate in multiple projects and evolve, and I have teammates for whom I am grateful. I love that the Natech team feels just like one big family. Even with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and with most of us working from home, the care and support we have for one another are apparent.
