A ball in the throat? A knot in the stomach? You are probably a little stressed.
For stress to remain an energy, as an engine to move forward, it is important to learn how to manage it and prevent its accumulation. Here are some tips to try to stay a little more "zen":
Plan your activities and studies throughout the stage or session and do not wait until the last minute to do your work;
Avoid overloading yourself by learning to say no or allowing yourself time to think before accepting anything;
Find tips to help you relax and save yourself some time to do it (for example, taking a bath, listening to music, drawing, exercising, taking a break);
Identify the most stressful element in your life right now and evaluate how you can change it or better cope with it;
Sleep enough;
Take care of yourself and have fun every day. Laughing and having fun is also taking care of yourself!
Talk about your feelings and stress situations that you go through with your friends, your parents, an adult you trust or medical practitioner. It feels good and moreover, these people can help you find solutions to cope with stress.
