Perhaps I can help fellow Steemers to Stress Less, and eventually become Stressless. It looks like a tough job these days: seems like everything in every country in the world is in more of a mess than usual, including my own USA.

Instead of going into how much of a mess, where, I want to charge you with some
responsibility: find what fits your interest on your own -but- don't go to television, radio, internet news, or printed news forms like magazines and newspapers. (Why? because most of these have other agendas besides providing you with the truth, or covering stories that work against their particular agenda. In the best cases, the news comes to you only slightly slanted...or spun.) Instead, get on the internet and find people who make you feel that you're getting the real stories, not a bunch of manipulation. Ask your friends. If you have older friends who might be wiser, ask them who they go to for the truth.

Yes, we've all been brainwashed-all our lives. ...And some of it was for our own safety
and betterment when we were young. But now, we're looking around and saying, "what's wrong with this picture?" THAT CAUSES STRESS.

stress-reducing videos. Explore. Check out what interests you.

What's on everybody's mind as I write this is the Coronavirus. Here in the USA, a person could get stoned for not sneezing into his sleeve-an exaggeration, but panicking, we are. All media fueled. What I have personally learned about this supposed pandemic is that the typical flu sicknesses that hit our countries every year are worse except we need to take special precautions to keep this one from our older citizens. Closing the ski slopes kind of seems to be overkill.

One guy who hits my Truth Buttons can be found on youtube: Paul Joseph Watson. I think you will find that he is very world-knowledge-able and calming. His take on the virus was published 4 days ago.

If you find panic crawling up your spine, breathe in through your nose, deep, and send the thought "I love you", to someone who needs it. Then breathe out through your mouth.
