Do you have the strength for life's challenges?
I am sure you will take a minute and reflect. What comes to mind? A number of issues that you have had to solve and you have overcome. Great! You have won but there are times that it becomes an uphill battle to win. Today I am sharing some truths that you can apply and always be victories.

The term strength comes from the word strong. Most times this word is associated with the sporting activities, but on a closer examination, it is related to all aspects of our lives; physical, spiritual, social and psychological. When there is a balance in these areas of our life we will enjoy what God has prepared for us.

For example, once we eat a balanced diet and exercise we can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Our muscles, circulation and our physical being will improve and this will ultimately affect our state of mind. Another example is seen when we are able to work efficiently and effectively because of the capacity to do so.

What about your social life? Do you have the strength of character to walk away from criticisms, disappointments, backbiting?This can only happen when you have the inner strength. Where do you go or what do you do when you feel
overwhelmed, empty, and even anxious?

Here are the answers. It is only the Lord who can help. This is a personal decision you have to make by believing and accepting His promises. Here is the scripture for you to muse on. Isaiah chapter 40 verses 28-31:
"Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of His understanding.
He gives power to the faint; and to them that have no might. He increases strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint."

Again, Nehemiah said, "...the joy of the Lord is my strength."

If you have experienced how the Lord has given you strength share with us below. In this way, you will encourage others
who may be facing challenges now. The eagle is used because of his strength.
Today, tap into God's strength to handle the challenges of the day!
