The lady is trying hard to make a good pose for the photo and yeah she looks pretty much confident
Here similar type of setup is used for bbq, they have a cart and they cook is using coal, and in my experience, food cooked with coal taste much better than gas-cooked food.
Yes, she is very confident! So much of my food is cooked this way now and I really love it.
