Stratis is another blockchain platform similar to Neo, Ethereum and Neblio, like the others its goal is the same
by providing access to the tools needed to create applications on the blockchain.

Stratis is a service that will allow you to build on their platform with the use of sidechains instead of having to develop one for yourself using C#, thus lowering the barrier of entry for companies. The sidechain can be customized to the companies needs including blocksize and transaction speed.

Another key benefit is the Breezewallet co-developed by Nicolas Dorier of bitcoin core and tumblebits Adam Ficsor. Breezewallet will provide the privacy factor back to wallets and the bitcoin transaction network.

With the masternode release as well not long ago things are looking very promising for Stratis.
Stratis is not looking to overthrow Ethereum but will provide that healthy competition need to keep both teams improving.
