Stratis, Should I Buy? What are the advantages?

I've been looking into Stratis at the moment. I don't know enough about it to make a decent investment with my personal account. So I thought I would post this and get some thoughts and discussion going on it and why you would buy or not?

The side chain aspect looks quite interesting in Stratis, but again Im a noob in this chain, any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated.
