Unknown to everyone in the village, Leke who prospered at farming from the other village, Ila, had raped the king's daughter. But due to the kindness, he had once rendered to the king's son, Omo, his life was spared. It happened that Omo fell into a pit, and Leke had helped him out. It was this kindness that exonerated him from the death sentence and had him exiled.
Leke was paid in full for whatever property he had in the village of Ila; this was how he had made his money.
He would have not returned if he had not been banished in the village of Ila. This was the secret he had hoped to keep safe and pray no one discovers the truth.
