A SWEET INNOCENT MISTAKE
' Teen age' perhaps the most mysterious and difficult but still enjoyable phase in the life of a human being. But what happen to those who made some mistakes at this age which are unrecoverable.Do they get second chance in their life? Is their any one who take their mistake as a sweet innocent mistake. Here is the story.
THE STORY OF 'A SWEET INNOCENT MISTAKE'...
We(me and my wife) were waiting in the common waiting hall of the hospital.I was already getting bored, because I was waiting there for more than 4 hours but unfortunately there was no sign of our medical report. More than 15 times I had already asked at the counter about our report but the answer was same every time,"its coming, please have patience". So, its natural that I felt ashamed to asked them again, but still then I decided to take another chance, who knows perhaps I would be lucky this time. I took a deep breath and reach near the counter and asked," Sir, does my reports are available?". Thanks to my lucky stars I got the answer "yes".I felt so relaxed.
I got the reports and without wasting my time for the fulfillment of the of my anxiety opened up the envelop and started reading. Unfortunately the test results were not up to my expectations. My heart broke down.Its felt like I was the one and only one cursed person in the whole world."Why it is always happened with me?", I questioned to my self in anger and frustration. Its was natural to be frustrated because this was our 9th time we had tried and took every kind of medical prevention we conceive a baby but unfortunately we failed again. The problem was not with my wife only, we both had medical complications.
I reached near my wife. Her eyes were full of hopes and dreams."what happened? I am going to be a mother this time, right?", she asked with innocent voice. Her words touched my heart like pins. Two drops of tear came out of my eyes. She understood everything and hugged me and said,"dear, don't worry, your love is enough for me to live the rest of my life?". Her boldness was just a lie because I could completely understood her pain as her warm tears were trespassed through my t-shirt and was touching my body.We were broke and hopeless, so decided to go back. Suddenly the high pitch sound of ambulance at the emergency ward grabbed our attention.
Out of the ambulance the hospital attendants brought out a body full of blood through out her dress on the stretcher. The scenario was breath taking. We saw that the wounded victim was a sweet little teen girl, Perhaps her age was around 16 or below. " Lets stay here for some time , I don't feel good", my wife told me after seen the horrible scenario.I understood her feelings. We decided to stay there for little more time.
After 10 to 15 minutes a couple came and sat beside us. I quickly recognize that they were the parents of the teen girl just admitted to the hospital. " Is she you daughter ?", I asked the person beside me. "How is she now?", I asked again. The father of the girl started crying and after a while he answered," I don't know! she is inside the operation theater". I understood the pain of the person. Don't know why that person's words and tears took our heart. Although we didn't have a child but we understood the value of a kid. So, we decided to stay there and support them for more long time(even if we mentally prepared for financially help them still then we didn't express before them,because it may hurt them).
"Everything will be okay,take these", I told them by providing two cup of coffees. Initially they denied , but latter I made them convince that her daughter's health will be okay , they should take care of themselves and they agreed to take the coffees. "What happen to her", my wife asked to the mother of that girl. With trembling voice her mother said," She attempt suicide". The answer shook us."But why? she looks very young, what happen to her?" my wife asked. This time her mother remain silent but after a while her father told,"she is 8 month pregnant....shocking right, but that is the reality. My daughter made such a great mistake. You know, being a father the most painful thing is to see your daughter to give birth to a child when your daughter is still a child. Still then I tried to made everything that makes my daughter's life a normal and as usual, I talked to her boyfriend and his family but they strictly denied to take the responsibility."
His father remain silent for some time and then started saying again," you know I don't care whether that traitor take the responsibility of my daughter or not, I will take care of her through out my life but the most painful part is he(her daughter's boyfriend)called her, abuse her regarding his character and break up with her, that made my daughter weak and she took this foolish decision of ending her life....I don't know what happen to her and her child..."...Her father started crying like a hopeless fellow.
We husband and wife looked at each other as if there was same thing pop up inside our mind. My wife nodded her head in appreciation. We decided something in our mind just by looking into each others eye In the mean while the doctors were reached there. They informed that her daughter was safe but they had to make operation to take out the baby out of her daughters womb to safe them both and both the mother and the new born baby were safe now.
After 3 hours the doctors permitted their parents to meet her. We urged to went with them inside the ICU and without any questions her parents gave us permission. When we entered inside the ICU we saw a sweet beautiful girl and a cute little adorable new born baby. " My dear, why you are going to do such notorious work?", the father said to her daughter."Papa, I just loved him, I never know that such a mistake will happen, I am sorry papa, your dignity is spoiled by me", the daughter told to her father with eyes full of tear.
Without wasting more time, I decided to spoke," With due respect to all your emotions, I just want to say you that we(me and my wife)have no child, we tried many times but we failed, we understand the value of a child, we want to take care of this child. I know that the baby is the most valuable thing in this world for her mother, so keeping in this mind we don't want to take this child forever from her mother, this child will be remain of her throughout the life, she can meet her,take her when ever she want , our intention is just to become another father and mother of this innocent soul so that my family will be fulfilled and your daughter will get another chance to fulfill her dreams again"...for another some moments there was silent....after that the teen mother started saying," Take her...call her as 'Angelia'...I will often come to meet her". After saying this she touched her child with love and suddenly the baby grab her mothers finger as if she shook her hand with the mother and agree with her mothers proposal and finalized the deal.we all smiled with tears in our eyes and I said,"don't worry we will take care of your sweet innocent mistake with love".
ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION...
Here a sweet innocent teen age girl get pregnant by the consequence of mishandling of adolescence.She wanted to make suicide when her partner decided to break up with her without taking the responsibility of their mutual mistake but fortunately she mate a couple who have no child and they are happily agree to adopt her child and give her a second chance.
HOW COULD WE HANDLE SUCH SITUATION IN A BETTER WAY..
Sex education and awareness about the adolescence must be provided to every teen age boy and girl. So that they will know that its a sensible part of life which should be handle with care.
The parent should know that teen age is a time when different hormonal changes happened inside the body of a boy or girl and they started to get attract to opposite sex, so we should take care of them, guide them with love and let them know the reality behind their physical and mental change.
Everyone who fall in love, he/she should know how to take the responsibility of their partner, because love is not about physical relationship and cheating, its about faith and sacrifice.
