Signs of Imam Mahdi's Emergence

The scholars divide the Signs of the End Times into two. There are Small Signs and there are Great Signs of the End Times. Small Signs are numerous and come first. While the Great Signs come then the number is ten.

Alhamdulillah, Allah loves the human race. So God brings many small marks before the arrival of big signs. Thus humans are given a long enough opportunity to reflect and repent before the big signs come.

Many opinions say that the condition of the world today is on the verge of the arrival of the great signs of Doomsday. Because in our days of living today there have been so many small signs that have sprung up.

Practically almost all the small signs of doom mentioned by Nabishollallahu 'alaih wa sallamsudah appear all in our day. So the arrival of the big signs is only a matter of time.

The first great sign to come is the Dajjal's exit. But some scholars argue that before the appearance of the Antichrist must come first Liaison Mark between small signs of doom with signs of magnitude. The Liaison Mark is meant to send the Imam Mahdi to the earth.

Sign of Imam Mahdi Arrival

Then what are the indications of Imam Mahdi's coming? In a hadith the Prophet shollallahu 'alaih wa sallam gives an overview of the indications of Imam Mahdi's coming. He will be sent to the earth when inter-human disputes are in great shape and many earthquakes occur. And these two social phenomena and natural phenomena have become lively in various countries today.

"I spread the glad tidings of the Mahdi who was sent by God into my community when there was a lot of inter-human strife and earthquakes. He will fill the earth with justice and honesty as previously filled with arbitrariness and tyranny. "(HR Ahmad 10898)

The following hadith even gives us an idea that the coming of Imam Mahdi will be accompanied by three important events.

First, a prolonged dispute after the death of a leader.

Secondly, he drove a man (Imam Mahdi) forcibly in front of the Ka'bah.

Third, the burial of the troops assigned to capture Imam Mahdi and those who bowed to him. God forbade the whole army except for one or two men to report to the unjust rulers who gave them orders to arrest Imam Mahdi.
