Bangladesh international Hazrat Shah jalal Airport
I and my friends joined the international Hazrat Shah jalal Airport. Every day there are many airplanes. Airport is a beautiful place. This is a one-time international airport in Bangladesh.
It was during the Second World War in 1941 that the British government created a runway for the first flight to fly to Kurmitola, a few kilometers north of Tejgaon.
In 1947, Tejgaon Airport became the first airport in East Pakistan. In 1966, the Government of Pakistan took the project to build the Nutun Airport in the north-eastern part of Kurmitola and French experts said that tender was started for construction of terminals and runways.
During the war in 1971, the airport was damaged and at that time the airport's work was halfway.
After independence, the government of Bangladesh reopened the abandoned work and it was decided to construct it as the main international airport of the country. The airport officially started in 1980, opening the main runway and central section. The then President Ziaur Rahman inaugurated the airport. It takes another three years for political reasons to get it done. Finally, in 1983, President Abdus Sattar Zia opened the airport as International Airport.
After the power the government of Bangladesh started the airport again. After completing the work in 1980, the airport officially started. The then President Ziaur Rahman inaugurated the airport. After three years of political reasons, 1983
President Abdus Sattar Zia inaugurated the airport as International Airport.
In 2010, the ruling government named the airport as the Shahjalal International Airport from Zia International Airport.
[very happy]
