Good evening friends of steemit ... today I bring you a case that was presented a few days ago in the Central Hospital Dr. Placido D. Rodrigues Rivero and left me quite thoughtful.

There is talk of a young patient, about 20 years old who, due to a car accident, suffered different fractures in the lower limbs and a severe dislocation of the left elbow.

Let me give you a small definition of what medical malpractice is: It is an action poorly performed by the treating doctor, which puts the patient's health at risk, putting him in a dangerous situation for not having had the diligence required for the case particular.
