Night blindness-Nyctalopia : A Myth or Reality???
Night blindness is also known as Nyctalopia, which can be defined as condition in which an individual may not be able to see properly at night or in poor light visibility.
Nyctalopia is not an eye condition itself but it is a combination of different conditions or signs related with eye visibility.
Nyctalopia effects the visibility power of an individual thus effecting his eye sight which becomes markedly increased at night or when there is low light levels for eye to perform properly.
Vitamin A is essential for proper functioning of eye sight so include foods that are rich in vitamins to avoid conditions related to your eye sight.
Vitamin A rich foods are mentioned as follows, now the target should be to get these foods in your meal and you ll be amazed to see results with in few days. So try selecting one from the list.
